A-1 Termite & Pest Control – Residential Pest Control Services

Whether it's a one-time service or a quarterly visit, A-1 Termite & Pest Control is the industry leader for creating a pest-free home for you and your family.

We know when spiders, ants and roaches decide to come calling, and we can prevent those problems before they appear.

During our initial service, we will conduct a thorough pest inspection inside and out - including your home's basement or crawl space to assess your situation. We begin the treatment inside all critical points to rid your home of inside pests, then follow up with a barrier treatment along the outside of your home to keep pests at bay. After your first treatment with A-1, our quarterly service will continue treating for ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, mice and rats. We keep the safety of children and pets in mind by using safer chemicals and protector boxes for mice and rats. We practice Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to ensure a minimum amount of pesticide is used with maximum effectiveness.

As the seasons change so do your needs. In the spring, we will focus on ants and spiders. Summer brings more spiders, beetles and bees. In the fall, watch out for ladybugs and rodents, while winter brings continued pressure from rodents and a return of the spiders!

If you receive treatment every three months per our Quarterly Service plan and you have a pest issue between treatments, please call us for a complimentary service.

Need a one-time pest treatment? Count on A-1 Termite & Pest Control, where we never require a contract to service your home.

We also offer monthly mosquito extermination service during the spring and summer months, so don't put up with those disease-carrying blood-suckers either! Our thorough service includes ground, brush and perimeter spraying to kill mosquitoes that are alive as well as those that haven't hatched yet, keeping your family and pets safe and making your yard something that you can use and enjoy.
