Will the pesticide hurt my floor coverings, hardwood, tile, etc?
The pesticides we use are safe for all types of flooring. The spray dries to its base chemicals forming a barrier for pests.
Will the pesticide leave an odor?
There can be a slight inoffensive odor that may linger for a couple of hours following treatment.
Why do I need an annual inspection?
Termites inflict over $2 billion in damage each year. The Southern states are the most prevalent areas for termite activity. Annual inspections ensure that you have not had and do not have any wood destroying insects in your home. Termites are the best known but there are several pests that can destroy the wood, and thus the stability, of your home. Our termite protection service comes with a guarantee. To maintain the guarantee we must do an annual inspection.
Do you remove stinging insect nests?
If we can reach the nest we usually can remove it. Sometimes leaving it is best.
Can you be here today?
In a lot of cases we can get to your home today. If a customer has an emergency situation we will make every effort to get there the same day.
I don't have a pet, how did I get fleas?
Exceptionally dry weather and exceptionally wet weather will drive fleas into your home even if you have no pet. You can also carry them in on your clothing from walking through an infested area.
Do you use "green" products?
Yes, we do use some green products when we can. We also take an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach to treating including using monitoring devices and through inspections.
Will I get the same technician each time?
Yes, in most cases your technician will be the same from month to month however on occasion you might see a different technician.
