 A-1 Termite & Pest Control offers a quarterly program for your home to keep it free of all the general pests that come throughout the year.

An initial service may be required before you can be set up on a quarterly service. If by chance you already have a quarterly service with another company and would like to switch to our service, you may not need to have an initial service done. The technician may be able to pick up the quarterly service where the other company left off. The initial service can be a cleanout for ants, roaches, spiders, general pests, or carpenter ants. During the initial service the service technician will do a thorough treatment inside and outside of the home. The basement and/or crawlspace will be included in this treatment. A heavy barrier around the outside of your home will be applied so no more pests can get into your home.

After the initial service is complete, the quarterly will start 90 days later. The quarterly service includes: ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, mice, and rats. Carpenter ants may also be included in a quarterly service for an additional fee. When we treat for mice and rats we can use protector boxes both inside and outside the home if needed to help protect small children or pets.

Every three months a technician will come to your home ready to service. They will treat outside each quarter and inside if requested; however, treatment both inside and out may not be necessary each visit. There may be enough of an outside barrier that you are not having pest problems inside your home; so on the technician’s visit they may just boost up the outside barrier. You may find that spring and summer when pests are most active may be the only times the technician needs to spray both inside and out.

A quarterly service carries a continuous warranty when service is maintained. Anytime our services are needed between quarterly visits, for pests that are covered under a quarterly contract, we will return and treat at no additional costs.

Need one time treatment? No problem! A-1 never requires contracts for pest service.
